A woman suffered multiple stab wounds in an attack on Logan Avenue early Saturday morning. Around 1:45 a.m., police said the 21-year-old victim and another female got into an argument. The suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times in the upper and lower body. Another suspect, a male, got involved and started kicking the victim after she fell to the ground. Both suspects fled the scene. Police were called and arrested two 18-year-old suspects on Fountain Avenue. Paramedics rushed the victim to hospital in unstable condition. She was later upgraded to stable. Shaquill Houle faces charges of aggravated assault and possession of a weapon. Harrison Beaulieu faces a charge of aggravated assault.
