A Winnipeg man is facing a prostitution-related charge in a case involving a 17-year-old girl and a second person who was 13. Police say between November and December of last year, a suspect used a website to advertise the older teen's services as an escort and had allowed the girl to use his residence. During that time, it's alleged the accused befriended a 13-year-old on social media, in contravention of a court order that prohibited him from communicating with anyone under the age of 16. A 42-year-old man was arrested last Friday at a correctional facility where he was being held on previous charges. Kevin John Rose, who remains in custody, is also charged with procuring to have illicit sex and failing to comply with a court order involving children.
