The Windsor Spitfires have done it - they’ve swept the Flint Firebirds in their OHL playoff series. A by Jakub Fibigr put the Spitfires up 4-2 in the third period. It would be the game winner as Flint got one more to make it interesting, before Jack Nesbit sealed the deal with an empty netter. The Spits remained undefeated in the playoffs and are waiting on their conference final opponent.
