Three people are facing impaired driving charges after separate cases over the weekend. On Saturday at 7:21 p.m., Essex County OPP investigated a single motor vehicle collision into a mailbox on Lakeview Avenue in Kingsville. A 34-year-old Harrow man was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences: On Saturday at 10:13 p.m., officers conducted a vehicle stop on Talbot Street West near Erie Street South in Leamington. A 51-year-old Windsor man was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offence: At 11:38 p.m. on Saturday, OPP conducted a traffic stop on Road 3 East in Kingsville. A 31-year-old Kingsville man was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences: For all three drivers a 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute. They have been scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor to answer to the charges.
