Late night viewers got a taste of CTV’s Your Morning Vancouver Tuesday when Jelly Roll played a clip of the show while filling in as host on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The heavily tattooed superstar musician—who has lost roughly 300 pounds over the past couple of years—uncharacteristically donned a suit and tie when he kicked off his guest host stint this week, causing some confusion for Your Morning Vancouver host Keri Adams. “I thought it was Jimmy Kimmel,” she said, prompting a self-deprecating response from Jelly Roll. “If I’m getting mixed up for Jimmy Kimmel, that is very bad news for Jimmy Kimmel,” the musician said after playing the clip during Tuesday’s episode. Notably, Jelly Roll switched up his wardrobe after Your Morning Live’s mix-up, wearing more causal clothes and a large chain. It’s not the first time the team has been mentioned by a guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live. In 2024, Jeff Goldblum shared a clip of weather anchor Marke Driesschen doing an impersonation—which got a round of applause from the studio audience. “Wow, wow, wow. I don’t know what you’re applauding for,” Goldblum joked. “Um, you know, I’ve seen, uh, many lacklustre impressions of me – um, and that’s one of them. That’s one of them.”
