A man has been arrested after four people were assaulted Tuesday afternoon in Toronto’s Forest Hill neighbourhood. In a statement to CTV News, Toronto police say officers responded to the area of Briar Hill Avenue and Bathurst Street at around 1:40 p.m. following reports of an assault. Police say that initial reports suggest that four people were assaulted, including a man in his 60s who was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The extent of the injuries sustained by the other three victims remains unclear. The suspect was arrested and police say there is no threat to the public. There is currently no suspect information available. The relationship between the suspect and victims is also currently unknown. The investigation is ongoing.
