An Israeli start-up called Umoove released an app last week called uHealth that promises to increase your concentration using a method called eye tracking that's thought to be key in understanding human behavior.
The app is designed in the form of two fun games, one to improve your attention, another that hones your focus.
Since paying attention comes before zeroing in on something, you'll have to master the "Attention" part for an entire week before accessing "Focus."
Scientists increasingly study eye tracking as it relates to brain activity and how we process information, yet smartphone-accessible therapy using the method is relatively new.
