The City of Saskatoon says traffic is once again moving normally on Circle Drive North after a collision shut down part of the roadway for several hours Saturday. In an update sent at 12:19 p.m., the city said all lanes and ramps on Circle Drive Northbound between Clancy Drive and the 33rd Street overpass have reopened following the incident. The roadway had been closed for several hours after a motor vehicle collision. The closure also affected the northbound on-ramps from 22nd Street West and Laurier Drive.
