Reese Witherspoon loves her job because she gets to "make-out" with hot guys.

The actress -- who is currently dating Hollywood agent Jim Toth and has two children, Ava, 11, and seven-year-old Deacon with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe -- stars alongside Robert Pattinson in new movie 'Water For Elephants' and admits all her friends are envious of the amount of time she gets to spend with her hunky co-stars.

She said: "I'm not gonna lie. He's a very, very handsome man.

"Someone's gotta do it. It's like 'America's Test Kitchen', but for making out with hot co-stars. I do it for the girls. I love my job. They're all really good guys. And I know all their girlfriends."

Reese previously starred with the British actor in 2004's 'Vanity Fair' and admits it was a much different experience working with him this time after Robert achieved worldwide fame starring as vampire Edward Cullen in 'The Twilight Saga'.

She recalled to USA Today newspaper: "The fervour and madness and girls waiting at 5 am on a set in the middle of nowhere just to see him."

Despite Robert's fame, the 34-year-old beauty insisted he is still a pleasure to hang out with and loved spending time with him and his girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

She said: "He's sweet and loving and has the nicest family. Kristen is really sweet, too. He's a very sensitive soul. He worked really hard. He looks great in the movie, too."
