Dane Jackson, a world-class whitewater kayaker, was out on the Ottawa River on Thursday, chasing what he referred to as some of the “best waves in the world.” Jackson is a professional and kayaking on the Ottawa River is highly dangerous and strongly recommended against this time of year.
