Dry stretch of weather This could be the sixth straight day without rain in Ottawa, the longest stretch of dry weather since July. The last time it rained was Sept. 15. There was no rain reported in Ottawa between July 2 and July 8. Ottawa received 118.4 mm of rain on July 1 and 39 mm of rain on July 9. Ottawa has received 56.3 mm of rain so far in September.
