Rainy weather lingers in Ottawa, but sunshine is on its way

While it’s been a mostly rainy weekend in Ottawa, the sun is set to peak out before the week kicks off.

According to Environment Canada’s weather forecast, Sunday will begin with showers that should clear by the afternoon. By the early evening, expect sunny weather with a temperature high of 24 C.

Overnight, the temperature will lower to 11 C.

Ottawa residents should expect a sunny Monday with a temperature high of 27 C.

Tuesday’s temperatures will reach 30 C and it will be sunny.

On Wednesday, expect another 30 C day but with a chance of showers.
