The Ottawa Police Service is looking for a man in connection with two indecent acts in the Heron Park area this summer. A woman was walking along a pathway in Heron Park, near the 1500 block of Clover Street, at approximately 2 p.m. on Aug. 29, according to police. “When she stopped and looked back, the man exposed himself and began masturbating,” police said in a media release. A second incident was reported at approximately 10:25 p.m. on Sept. 3 near Bank Street and Heron Road. “A man matching the same description was observed masturbating while looking into the window of a residence. Officers attended but did not locate him,” police said. The suspect is described as a Black man in his mid-20s, tall, and was wearing black jogging pants and a grey hooded sweatshirt. He was carrying a black pouch. Investigators are asking residents and businesses to review any available surveillance, doorbell-camera or dashcam footage from Aug. 29 and Sept. 3.
