Ontario Provincial Police say two more people are facing charges in connection with the death of a Clarence-Rockland man whose body was found in the Ottawa River in 2025. Robert Prevost, 63, was reported missing in March 2025. His body was found in the Ottawa River near Dallaire Street in Clarence-Rockland on May 17 of that year. In the months since, the OPP have laid first-degree murder charges against three people. On Thursday, police announced two more arrests in connection with the case. Matthew Blake, 23, of Arnprior, is charged with second-degree murder, indignity to a body, and obstructing a peace officer. Sebastien Boucher, 47, of Rockland, is charged with obstructing a peace officer, obstructing justice, and accessory after the fact. Both men remain in custody. The charges have not been proven in court. Police say an investigation into Prevost’s death remains ongoing.
