A man is being treated for injuries after a Friday morning stabbing in Cumberland. Paramedics from Ottawa and Prescott-Russell responded to a call on Peter Harkness Lane at 8:15 a.m. An Ottawa Paramedic Service spokesperson said the victim was treated at the scene for stab wounds and transported to the hospital in serious but stable condition. Ottawa police say two people were arrested at the scene. “The investigation is ongoing,” police said.
