The Ottawa Police Service says a 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting on Bank Street on Saturday that left a victim with life-threatening injuries. Police say a man in his 20s was shot just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of Bank Street and Heron Road. He remains in hospital in critical condition. The accused, Amin Osman-Ali, was arrested Thursday morning and is charged with aggravated assault and several firearms offences. The Guns and Gangs unit continues to investigate.
