A popular bakery and café in the Old Ottawa South neighbourhood is closing just after Christmas. Life of Pie announced on Facebook it will close on Dec. 28. “It is with mixed feelings that we announce that we will be closing,” the owners said in a post Tuesday morning. “Thank you so much for your support over the past 18 years. It has been our honour to have been a part of the community in Old Ottawa South. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives.” Life of Pie – a Scratch Bakery and Café is located on Bank Street.
