Here is the first headliner for the 2024 Ottawa Bluesfest

The first confirmed headliner for the 2024 edition of Ottawa Bluesfest is Tyler Childers.

Bluesfest organizers announced the American singer and songwriter will perform at LeBreton Flats on Friday, July 12.

The ticket pre-sale to see Childers begins on Oct. 17 at 10 a.m.

Childers will visit Ottawa as part of his "Mule Pull '24 Tour."

"We are delighted to confirm that Tyler Childers will be performing at the festival this coming summer," Mark Monahan, Ottawa Bluesfest executive and artistic director, said in a statement. "Tyler has been on our wish list for several years now, and being able to bring him to the festival to perform for his legions of fans here in the Ottawa Valley is a real coup."

Ottawa Bluesfest is July 4 to 14 at LeBreton Flats.
