Ottawa and Gatineau residents will have a new option to book a trip to Montreal by bus. FlixBus has announced an expansion into Quebec in collaboration with Autobus Maheux, starting on Friday. The partnership will allow travellers to book a trip on Autobus Maheux’s Ottawa-Gatineau-Laval-Montreal service through the FlixBus platform. “They can expect a seamless digital booking experience, affordable fares and connections to more than 1,800 destinations across Canada and the wider North American region through the FlixBus network,” FlixBus said. Autobus Maheux will continue to operate the Montréal–Laval–Gatineau–Ottawa service, with four trips a day, seven days a week. The stops in Ottawa-Gatineau include Station de la Cité and Place du Portage in Gatineau, and Waller Street and St. Laurent in Ottawa. Autobus Maheux launched the Montreal-Laval-Gatineau-Ottawa service in 2022.
