Ottawa paramedics say one person was transported to hospital Monday afternoon following a T-bone crash in south Ottawa. The two-vehicle collision happened at around 3:25 p.m. at the intersection of Bankfield Road and Prince of Wales Drive. Ottawa paramedic spokesperson Marc-Antoine Deschamps tells CTV News Ottawa a dump truck T-boned a car, hitting the passenger side. The driver of the car sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Prince of Wales northbound was closed at Bankfield and Bankfield was down to one lane with alternating traffic for part of the afternoon, while Ottawa police directed traffic. Lanes reopened just after 5 p.m.
