Your favourite Ottawa morning show has a new look and a new name. Starting Monday, wake up with CTV Your Morning Ottawa on CTV 2 weekdays from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Hosted by Rosey Edeh, Melissa Lamb and Will Aiello, CTV Your Morning Ottawa will keep you up to date on local breaking news, the day’s top stories and all the weather, traffic, lifestyle and entertainment news you need. “I think it’s very updated. It’s very fresh. It’s very modern, it’s very upscale. And you know, I know a rebrand can be tough sometimes,” Lamb said. “The pace, it’s faster, which I think is great. It keeps us on our toes, and I think that the viewers will appreciate that as well,” Edeh said. While CTV Your Morning Ottawa has a new name, it will continue the tradition of keeping viewers up to date with the information they depend on each day. “CTV’s Your Morning Ottawa is all about celebrating local people, places, businesses, community organizations that make this city such a great place to live,” Jodi Hamilton, Bell Media Local Operations Manager, said. “And I’m so excited for this team. They’ve worked incredibly hard to bring Ottawa exactly what they need, and you can still depend on the same local news, information and lifestyle entertainment that we’ve all come to depend on each and every day.” Your Morning Ottawa supervising producer Derick Fage says there are some changes to the show. “The format of the show, certainly content-wise didn’t change, but it’s a little bit quicker,” Fage said. “Getting the information into the system where you’re used to one particular way of doing it and to change it a little bit.” Tune in for CTV Your Morning Ottawa weekdays from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. With files from CTV News Ottawa’s Camille Wilson
