The 2012 grand prize in the CHEO Dream of a Lifetime Lottery is listed for sale for $2.599 million. According to the listing on Engel & Völkers, the home on Gray Willow Place in Manotick Estates has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a home theatre, sauna, gym and an in-ground heated saltwater pool.

“I just think it checks all the boxes. I’ve been here lots; every time I’m here, I like it more and more,” Chris Lacharity of Lacharity Luxury said in a video on TikTok.

“By checking all the boxes, I mean great formal dining room, formal living room. I love the cozy family room.”

The listing says the home features an “entertainers’ basement” with a wet bar, games room, home theatre, sauna, gym and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

“The backyard oasis offers an in-ground heated saltwater pool, covered cabana with a wood fireplace and sitting area and a putting/chipping green,” says the listing.

There is also a triple-car garage and a stone driveway.
