CTVNewsOttawa.ca looks at the seven most expensive homes and estates on the market in Ottawa this spring.

Stone Ayre - $15,000,000

This 60-acre “resort-like property” on Sixth Line Road along the Ottawa River features a main residence, a three-bedroom guest house, a guest cottage with a loft, a beach cottage, a barn and two workshops.

This 9,000 sq. ft. living space on a 28,886 sq. ft. lot has six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms and a heated four-car garage.

Piccadilly Avenue - $5,795,000

This home in Ottawa’s Island Park neighbourhood features seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.

This six-bedroom, five-bathroom home is located in Ottawa’s Rockcliffe neighbourhood.

According to the listing on Sezlik, the home was built in 1937.
