Dreams Take Flight gives children with physical, social, emotional or mental challenges a one-day trip to Disney for a chance to just be kids. Some northern children from northern Ontario will depart from Toronto on Tuesday. CTV's Ian Campbell tells us more about the trip and how people can help.
