A Sudbury man, high on cocaine, fentanyl, methadone and THC, who caused a head-on crash that killed a 66-year-old bus driver, has been sentenced to 4.5 years after previously fleeing while on bail. The victim's family calls justice “broken.” Mike Arsalides reports.
