Greater Sudbury will review its response to the March 15-16 storm that dumped 42 cm of snow and freezing rain, causing plows to get stuck and slowing operations. Mayor Paul Lefebvre says the goal is to learn from challenges and strengthen preparedness for future extreme weather.
