The Town of Cochrane and its mayor are being sued by its former chief administrative officer. Monika Malherbe claims she was terminated without cause last April after 27 years of service and is seeking over $875,000 and reinstatement. The mayor says it would be inappropriate to comment on the allegations before the court. Lydia Chubak has the latest.
