The province is steering $785,000 in gas tax funding to North Bay Transit. MPP Vic Fedeli announced the boost Tuesday, which Mayor Peter Chirico said will help upgrade buses and maintain infrastructure. The tax program will distribute $380 million to transit systems across Ontario.
