OPP stopped a commercial truck after its load spilled on Highway 11 and an inspection revealed brake defects and a suspended driver. Hours later, the same truck was stopped again with the same defects and a fake licence plate; a second driver was charged. The Alberta-based company responsible for the truck also faces 11 charges.
