A judge dismissed the appeals of two Sudbury men serving 16 and 17 years for a fatal 2020 arson that claimed three lives saying that new evidence from their co-accused’s subsequent murder trial didn’t change their sentences. However, the court did revoke a $250,000 restitution order.
