An early morning fire in Kirkland Lake destroys a home and damages two others. Two people were hospitalized for smoke inhalation, one suffering a broken shoulder after jumping from second floor window to escape the blaze. Cause of the fire is under investigation, but not consider suspicious. Total damages are estimated at $500,000.
