Temiskaming Shores received provincial funding for its New Liskeard sewage plant upgrade. The $7.6 million project to upgrade the 18-year-old facility received $4.9 million from Ontario. Mayor Jeff Laferriere says upgrades will support community growth. Work is set to start this spring and will take about two years to complete.
