Sudbury crews patching potholes early ahead of spring thaw
With spring approaching, Sudbury’s small construction crews are already out repairing potholes, getting ahead of the usual schedule. Joe Rocca explains that 24/7 winter patrols spot trouble early and dispatch crews immediately. To bolster efforts, city council added $56 million for roadwork to the budget.
