A pileup involving about 40 vehicles, including a fuel tanker, shut down Highway 11 southbound near Oro-Medonte after 10:30 a.m. Friday. Six people were taken to hospital. Blowing snow caused near-zero visibility and later sparked another multi-vehicle crash on Highway 400. Rob Cooper reports.
