The federal and provincial governments are providing nearly $30 million to restart the Kap Paper mill in northern Ontario, just two weeks after its idling was announced. Friday the town posted a video to social media about its resiliency and Kapuskasing Mayor Dave Plourde says it is just taking in the victory right now.
