Camp Molly returns to Sudbury to provide firefighting skills to young women
Camp Molly, named for the first-known female firefighter Molly Williams, an enslaved Black woman in 1818, is back in Greater Sudbury. The camp empowers 35 young women, aged 13-17, with firefighting skills to break stereotypes and build a supportive community. Madison Marier has the story.
