Two North Bay teens, Naomi and Morgan, are gaining hands-on policing experience this summer through the Youth in Policing Initiative. The program, running since 2009, lets youth aged 15-18 shadow officers, assist with community outreach and explore career paths. The pair are also organizing a bike safety event for kids.
