National Communities in Bloom judges visited Capreol, Ont., on Wednesday to assess urban forestry, heritage and environmental efforts. The Sudbury suburb competes against Athabasca, Alta., and Moosomin, Sask., in the under-5,000 population category. The winner will be announced in October. Alana Everson has more.
