Conservation officer Ron Arnold talks about a northern Ontario hunter who pleaded guilty to failing to produce items for inspection and obstructing a conservation officer in the Upsala area, approximately 130 kilometres northwest of Thunder Bay. The man was fined $3,500 for the offences.
