A 24-year-old faces attempted murder after a random stabbing at the Station Mall in Sault Ste. Marie on Sunday. Police say the suspect allegedly stabbed a stranger multiple times, threatened a security guard, then fled. Officers arrested the suspect shortly after on Queen Street East with help from residents. The victim was hospitalized in critical condition.
