Timmins restaurateur and community pillar Estela Chow was honoured with the Heart of Gold Award at city council Tuesday for her decades of philanthropy, including co-founding the Filipino Association of Timmins, Lions Club service and ensuring no one goes hungry through her restaurant's food-sharing program.
