Timmins police have charged an adult male driver with impaired driving after responding to a two-vehicle crash around 7:40 p.m. in the Rea Street North and Jubilee Ave West area on Tuesday. The identity of the accused cannot be released at this time, police said in a news release on July 15. In addition to impaired driving, police also charged the driver with dangerous operation and driving while under suspension. “The investigation remains ongoing with the Timmins Police Service traffic unit and additional charges may be considered as investigators continue to review the circumstances surrounding the collision,” police said.
