Police in Timmins have released photos of an 18-year-old suspect wanted for shooting a man to death last November. A first-degree murder warrant has been issued for Desean Wesley, whom police believe is responsible for the Nov. 5, 2025, death of D’Andre Dearine, who was found dead at a residence on 193 Fifth Ave. in Timmins. “Dearine was pronounced deceased as a result of gunshot wounds,” police said in a news release March 23. “After an extensive investigation, and with the assistance of other police agencies in Ontario, the accused has been identified.” Wesley is wanted on other charges, in addition to first-degree murder, police said. His last known address is in the Durham region. “Efforts have been made to locate the accused without success,” police added.
