A 54-year-old motorcycle driver from Lively has been charged following a traffic stop in French River on Tuesday. Ontario Provincial Police stopped the driver around 4:55 p.m. Sept. 8 on Shaw Road. Charges include driving while suspended, driving without insurance and using a plate not authorized for the vehicle. The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on Nov. 13. The motorcycle was towed at the owner’s expense.
