Northern Ontario high school broken into by two dirt bike riders

Northern Ontario police are looking to identify two suspects who broke into a Blind River high school and rode dirt bikes down the halls.

Police are searching for two suspects who broke into a northern Ontario high school over the weekend and rode dirt bikes inside.

The break-in happened around 11 p.m. Friday at WC Eaket Secondary School in Blind River, Ontario Provincial Police said in a social media post Monday.

Several photos of what appear to be two suspects wearing helmets and black vests while riding red dirt bikes in the halls were included in the post.

One suspect appears to be wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt or sweatshirt and a light-coloured backpack.

The second suspect appears to be wearing a light-coloured, long-sleeved shirt or sweatshirt and a black backpack.

The East Algoma detachment is investigating and is asking the public for help identifying the suspects.

“Please call the OPP at 1-88-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers,” OPP said.

“Reference occurrence No. E250621331.”
