A 59-year-old woman is missing after last being seen in Longueuil’s Saint-Hubert borough. Thi Ngoc Nguyen was last seen on Oct. 6 at 1:45 p.m. “There is reason to fear for her safety,” Longueuil police (SPAL) notes. She is described as 1.64 m (5′4″) in height and 64 kg (141 lb) in weight. She has long brown and grey hair and brown eyes. She speaks French. She usually wears either a short white coat or a long purple coat. Anyone who sees Nguyen is asked to contact 911 immediately.
