The shuttles running alongside the REM will no longer be available as of Monday after weeks without the light rail train breaking down. The Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM) and CDPQ Infra said the levels of stability and performance maintained over the last few weeks have satisfied commuters’ needs, and the low ridership on the shuttles no longer justifies their continuation. However, the 722, 721 and 568 shuttles will still run during planned interruptions on evenings and weekends as the REM works to expand during the spring and summer months.
