The Réseau express métropolitain (REM) said it is modifying its schedule this summer with late opening service on weekends due to maintenance work. Starting June 6, the REM will open later every Saturday and Sunday, as well as on July 1. “These adjustments are necessary to allow for work that requires more time than the normal operating schedule permits, as Pulsar’s maintenance crews typically have only four hours per night to work on the network,” the REM explains. It notes that the modified schedule is expected to allow for: The summer schedule means there will be no service on the automated light rail system on select Sunday mornings. June 2026 June 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 27: the REM will open at 7:30 a.m. June 21 and 28: the REM will open at 12 p.m. July 2026 July 1, 5 and 12: the REM will open at 12 p.m. July 4, 11, 18, 19, 25 and 26: the REM will open at 7:30 a.m. August 2026 Aug. 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 and 16: the REM will open at 7:30 a.m. The opening hours are subject to change, according to the REM website.
