Montreal to bask in sun and warmth this weekend

After some rain all week, Montreal is about to get sunny and warm on the weekend.

Montrealers are in for a summer-like weekend following a few clouds and a low of 12 degrees Celsius on Friday night.

The normal daytime high for the Greater Montreal area is 20 degrees Celsius at this time in May.

However, above-seasonal highs with sun and clouds could touch the region all weekend long.

Saturday afternoon is expected to bring a temperature of 24 degrees Celsius.

The day could also bring an above-seasonal nighttime low of 13 degrees Celsius.

More warm weather is forecast for Sunday with a daytime high of 21 degrees Celsius.

Sunday evening could then bring the coolest point of the weekend, with an overnight low of 9 degrees Celsius.
