Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Canadian officials are heading to Indonesia for the annual meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation group. International trade will dominate discussions, and the meetings will offer an opportunity for leaders to push negotiations of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a trade deal that covers 12 countries, including Canada.
